This isn't exactly Shepperd's pie. It's more like "whatever you currently have in the fridge pie" but that didn't sound as appealing. Technically, it should be made with lamb and I'm pretty sure not wine... and there has to be some peas and carrots and white potatoes. But I'm not very good at making things
