I'd been coveting the Scotch eggs in the fridge. Obviously, I wasn't going to eat them, because they contain meat but, I'd coveted them, nonetheless. But the good thing about being a vegetarian who likes to cook is that I don't need to covet meaty things in the fridge - I can just make my
