With the hectic schedules, there is no better friend than my slow cooker! I love being able to come home to a nice meal, without having to drag out pots and pans and stand in the kitchen for an hour! Well, one of our favorite meals are the Apple Cranberry Slow Cooker Pork Chops. Yum!
