Roasted Pumpkin Herb Focaccia is the perfect fall bread. Unfussy yet delicious, it's great for everything from sandwiches to just swiping through dips or olive oil. This recipe makes 1½ sheet pan (or jelly roll-sized pan) of focaccia. If that seems like a big commitment, you can either halve the recipe or bake two smaller loaves.
