Confession:  I hate making gravy.  There.  I said it.  I put it out into the world.  I know that it is sacrilegious.  Gravy is an essential item on the Thanksgiving table.  I may have, in years past, gone to Boston Market the day before Thanksgiving and bought gravy.  I may have doctored it a little
