The very nice people at POM Wonderful sent me a case of delicious and healthy pomegranate juice to enjoy.  My children loved drinking it and I liked cooking with it.  Pomegranate juice is sweet and tart at the same time and I though that it would be perfect base for my salad dressing.  I was
