If you have kids you probably know exactly what a Minion is! Minions are those cute little yellow animated characters that seem to be on every product being sold to kids. I personally love these fun little characters. When I was trying to decide on a dessert to bring to my family reunion earlier this month, naturally I had Minions on my mind. I decided on making banana pudding and I put the pudding in some small takeaway bowls that I had on hand. Then I decorated the pudding using different colors of candy wafers (candy melts) and sliced bananas. These were not only a big hit with the children but also with the adults. To top things off, each person had their own individual serving.
