My eldest daughter loves chocolate chip cookies, and I love baking them for her so whenever I have a bit of extra time I like to make these Quinoa Chocolate Chip Cookies for her. What I like about these cookies, other than the fact that they are absolutely delicious, is that there is some quinoa
