Rainy days call for hot soothing soup, and today was a rainy day.  This creamy carrot soup is soothing and delicious, with just a hint of fresh ginger, and perfect served with a hunk of crusty bread.  It also has few ingredients and is easy to make!  Just how I like it! The local farmers
