This Blackberry Lemonade Mojito is my favorite cocktail for summer. My inspiration for this drink was actually a blackberry lemonade ice tea from Starbucks.  I really liked the combo of blackberry and mint, it was just missing a little something...RUM!! I love Santa Cruz Organic juices and they work great for cocktails.  R.W.Knudsens is my
