These turned out amazing!!  I've been craving coconut lately so off i went into the kitchen concocting all these different coconut desserts. This is one of them. They almost taste like white Ferrero Rocher chocolates! They will last in the fridge in a sealed container for at least 1 month. RAW - Coconut Snow Balls
