We have a lot of family within a 45-minute radius, and since I haven't worked my way up the ranks to actually be the Thanksgiving dinner host, I've learned to make some really awesome signature sides and desserts to help fill in with the standard turkey, potatoes, green beans, etc. that the host already prepares.
