Literally y'all. You stick the whole pumpkin in the oven and bake it for about 45 minutes.  There you have it.  How to roast a whole pumpkin. Mind. Blown. I digress though...let's start at the beginning. I had about four medium sized pumpkins that made up a pretty little display in my dining room.
