So Thanksgiving isn't really a thing in New Zealand, but this year we thought a few friends and an American inspired feast sounded like fun. 5 Kilos of smoked brisket, plenty of sides, lemon meringue pie and fair few drinks later... Suffice to say the next day we were  somewhat worse for wear. Queue
