People, I’m sooooo already in the land of Christmas cookies making. I don’t even have my holiday decorations up, yet I’m elbow deep in cookie dough. What is wrong with me? Well for one, I make tons of different types of Christmas cookies ahead of time, and set them aside (in the freezer!) for gifts later.
