Snickerdoodles. It is basically absolutely everything a cookie should be. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, sweet but not TOO sweet, with a hint of cinnamon spice. Oh bliss. The best part is, they are really super simple to make. You can make the dough in advance (in fact, I suggest you do!)
