Funeral Potatoes are a cheesy potato casserole that receive their tongue-in-cheek name by always being part of a luncheon after a Mormon funeral. Despite it's sad name, it's anything but! It's pretty much impossible to dislike this potato dish bathed in melted cheese, sour cream, onions and garlic, and layered with a crunchy top. Divine.
