In Mexico, Carne Asada is very popular, where it is usually very thin (because the beef is so tough!). Typically, it is seasoned with garlic, jalapeño and garlic, grilled, then served with Mexican Rice, Refried Beans, and Pico de Gallo (fresh tomato salsa).
