Hey y'all, did you know February is National Sweet Potato month?  That was my attempt at using my southern drawl. Not bad huh?   And February 9th is Pancake Tuesday!  Did you plan for  a pancake meal to mark the day, either for breakfast, lunch or even dinner?   I totally love my breakfast for dinner
