Presently here in Australia there's an advertising campaign  highlighting the health attributes of pork, particularly pork fillet, also known as tenderloin, which according to the ad has less than half the fat of beef fillet, less fat than snapper fillet and leaner than skinless chicken breast. I knew I wouldn't be home until late yesterday
