Apple and pumpkin—the two dominant flavors of autumn. Both of them made an appearance in the galette I baked with the intention of putting as much fall into one bite. Let's just say, mission accomplished. Galettes have this rustic, free-form look to them that I find just beautiful—especially with a shiny, golden crust. They're kind of
