Simple and delicious, this tomato onion cucumber salad is a perfect side dish for any weekend barbecue! Tomatoes are one of my all-time favorite foods. And fresh, local tomatoes taste amazing. My love of summer tomatoes and cucumbers probably started with my grandmother.  Ever since I could remember, she and my grandfather always lived either
