I chose the recipe which is almost �forgotten recipe� recipes now a days. The recipe is originally from Kutch,Gujrat and called Kutchi aloo ( potatoes in kutchi style). This is very simple and easy recipe. I don't know why it is just forgotten. Traditionally the recipe was made on Old-classic gas stove i.e. Chula and because of this chula, recipe got an exotic smokey flavor which make this simple dish dramatic.It has also a unique flavor of asafoetida(hing). However, I made this recipe on regular gas stove. It requires boil potatoes and onions as a main ingredients.
