Weeknight Turkey Chili
I've had all kinds of chili cravings lately, maybe because we are STILL SEEING SNOWFLAKES here in the springtime month of April. And as a result, I come home wanting a bowl of warm spiciness to take the chill off, but making a pot of traditional chili on weeknights takes more time and organization than I have...except for this weeknight turkey chili. This particular version uses ground turkey instead of beef, and simmers up with tomatoes and onion and a lovely conglomeration of spices in just about 30 minutes. And 30 minutes on a chilly, busy weeknight I can definitely handle. Let's make it!
