The Washington Post used passion fruit from frozen concentrate. I think this is difficult for most people to find in the regular grocery store. Never mind...you can find fresh passion fruit in the produce section and puree your own. Swap ¼ cup of the fresh puree for the ½ of concentrate listed in the original recipe.
