This is a super Easy Meatloaf recipe with the exotic flavors of Morocco, featuring our Moroccan Date Sauce. The date sauce is made from dates, brown sugar & honey mingled with Moroccan spices. The addition of the creme fraiche and date sauce keep the meatloaf moist. If you happen to cook the meatloaf too long or for any reason find it a little dry, all you have to do is add a spoonful of Date Sauce on the plate. Geoffrey likes eating meatloaf with some ketchup, so using the date sauce is a great alternative.
