I think I've fallen back into my obsessive bread baking phase. On Monday I baked a whole-wheat oatmeal loaf, on Tuesday I made whole-wheat tortillas and on Wednesday I made these amazing crusty seeded rolls. I think my mixer is threatening to go on strike - it hasn't had this much use since Christmas! I
