Southwestern Stuffed Pork Burgers

We found some ground pork on sale and Ken had a hankering for burgers. But, he wanted spicy and Patti wanted smoky. Thanks to Louisiana Grill’s seasonings it was too easy. We stuffed these pork beauties with lots of bacon and cheddar. But, before we stuffed them we divided the meat in half and seasoned Ken’s with Chorizo seasoning and Patti’s with her favorite Louisiana Hickory Bacon seasoning. A delicious peace reigned.
