This tasty Squash and Ham Casserole is a delicious side dish, or an awesome main meal too! I am a HUGE fan of squash. Especially beautiful, yellow summer squash. And squash are just now coming into season here in Florida. As a kid, my mom always stewed squash or fried them, both of which I
