One of the best things about summer are all the lovely fresh ingredients. Rhubarb and strawberries are some of my favourites. Add oats and coconut sugar and bake an easy and very yummy dessert. This rhubarb strawberry crumble is what I always make when I get my hands on the first rhubarbs of the season.
