I've nicknamed this homemade spice rub the "cabinet door spice rub" because until recently, I had it taped to the inside of my spice cabinet. That's where I keep all my recipes I make frequently so I don't have to flip through a cookbook or scrounge around for the recipe every time I want to make it.
