German Strawberry Cake-Erdbeere Küchen The first time I had this strawberry cake was when I was living in Germany.  I fell in love with it instantly!  Vanilla Sponge Cake with Sweet Vanilla Custard Cream and Topped with Fresh Strawberries and Strawberry Gelatin! Yum!!  The strawberry gelatin serves as the glue to hold all the strawberries in
