Is there a sad looking, unused pot of marmalade sitting at the back of your fridge?  Yep, mine too.  Put it to good use as the basis for this delicious marinade!  It doesn't taste sickly sweet or even too orangey, it just gives a nice fruity and tangy touch and a very slight bitterness (in
