Last night I had a hankering for Vietnamese Spring Rolls.  Living in Torquay, there isn't much of an option for that sadly.  And fried food isn't a huge fave of mine, so I whipped these up! You can easily replace the chicken and prawn for other meats or even lentils/chickpeas.. This is a LOW
