Cauliflower and Chickpea Tagine I have really been into Moroccan meals lately. Mostly because I really enjoy cooking in a tagine. Yes I still have not given the tagine back to our friends, but I will soon and get one of my own!  I think I just enjoy it because it's so quick and easy.
