Watermelon Arugula Salad (Whole 30 Compliant)   This is a refreshing summer salad with a Mediterranean feel.  It's very satisfying and the tastes of summer are very cooling.  I recommend making this one only when it's summer and watermelon's are in season for the best results. The watermelon juice helps to create the salad dressing.
