I love cooking this chowder, it brings back so many great memories, and tastes incredible for the amount of effort it takes to make. When Jimi and I first moved in together we pretty much lived off bowls of this stuff as it was so cheap and easy to rustle up. The ingredients are mostly store cupboard essentials
