Chicken, Black Bean & Salsa Soup
I have been making this soup for years, lots of times for company.  Everyone enjoys it, and it's an absolute cinch to make. INGREDIENTS: 2 1/2 c cooked cubed or shredded chicken (sometimes I use the canned chunk chicken from Sam's Club) 43 ounces chicken broth 1 16 oz jar salsa (chunky style works best)
