This is such a warm and comforting dish that really needs no explanation but let’s try.  The real show-stoppers in this recipe are the pesto and the Parmesan. . But then again it would just not taste the same without the extra crispy texture and savory flavor from the crumbled bacon. So much deliciousness.   Fried Pesto
