These Black Bean Taco Cups are a great one-bite party appetizer!   Well, it’s playoff season, which means lots of football parties!  I love football - I grew up watching football with my dad on Sundays.  Too bad my beloved San Francisco 49ers are not in the playoffs.  But we won’t even talk about that!!
