I've wanted a friand pan for a while and I'm so happy that my good friend brought the pan back from Australia finally. Friands are small moist tea cakes usually contain almond meal, egg whites and fruit. Since I still have half a fresh pineapple leftover from my previous post ~ Making Dried Pineapple
