Coleslaw is one of my favorite foods.  I love it;  crunch, tangy and creamy.  Slaw ranks right up there with pizza, mac n' cheese and bread + butter.   Coleslaw is easy to make and is the perfect accompaniment to grilled meat, BBQ or sandwiches.  A few simple ingredients and you have the prefect side
