Happy Thanksgiving. I am about cooked out by the time Thanksgiving actually arrives. All my casseroles are in the refrigerator ready for the final prep before putting them in the oven. The brined bird is in the oven and all I have to do today is assemble the desserts and the corn pudding and let the icebox rolls rise. So I thought I would share a recipe to make next week when all the leftover desserts are gone, our favorite cookie.
