It's been really cold here lately- at least for Vegas. I've been trying to make my favorite warm meals for dinner every night, including an old tried and true- chili! Chili is a great recipe to make on a busy winter weeknight because it doesn't take that much work- it's mostly cooking meat and opening cans.
