This recipe for Vegan Maafe or Peanut Butter Soup is delectable. It has its origins in West African and made its way to the U.S. in the slave trade with the name Virginia Peanut Soup. I've added some additional seasoning as some of the recipes I've seen for this soup do not include them. This soup is amazing!
