It is a traditional Bengali recipe and perfect for any occasion. The method is very simple, you can make it any time at your home. But remember fry this type of fish (Aar,Boal,Tengra etc.)with a lid. Because the fish skin can be burst. It is better to fry 1 or 2 fish pieces at a time with a lid. Cooking time – 45 minutes. Serve – 4
