I  roll mine in coconut as the Bliss Balls are slightly sticky and this makes them easier to store. Pop in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Perfect lunch box snack for the boy - perfect "little something" for me with a cup of tea in the afternoon. Enjoy!   Bliss Balls
