Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Ice Cream Pie is not for the faint dessert heart…It’s for true dessert lovers.  Those of us who dream of the smooth, creamy texture of vanilla ice cream with the smooth, creamy texture of peanut butter (or any nut butter) with little crunchy peanut bits here and there, and a mixture of dark and milk chocolate chips generously folded in. Who am I kidding?
