Combining both beef and pork, the meatballs have a hint of a tamale taste from crushed corn tortilla chips. Along with garlic, cilantro leaves, chipotle in adobo (for a bit of heat), cumin, coriander and some tomato sofrito, they are incredibly flavorful! Once browned, they are simmered in a simple red chili sauce that is fabulous. The flavors of the Southwest really sing in these super-moist meatballs that are perfect for a party appetizer!
