While we were at The Resort at Paws Up in Montana, we had so much fabulous food! Their fine dining restaurant, Pomp, serves high-end ranch food like juicy cuts of bison ribeye and elk tenderloin. They were delicious! The bison ribeye was served with these ranch potatoes. We could have eaten a whole plate of them!
